Unopened products purchased by retail customers may be returned postmarked within 30 days of your delivery date. All seals must remain intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure your products if you wish to protect your refund. Nutralife Wellness™ will not be responsible for lost return shipments. Certain items may not be returnable and will be labeled such at the time of purchase.
Due to Covid-19 all sales of sanitizer are final, no refund will be given.
Opened products purchased by retail customers are not eligible for a refund.
Please inspect all shipments for signs of damage at the time of delivery. Note any exceptions with the carrier. If any products are damaged please save all packaging and take several photos.

Prior to shipping any items contact our returns department if you are a retail customer for an RMA number, this will ensure proper credit to your account, Products sent back without an RMA WILL BE REJECTED.

Products are evaluated as they are received and refunds are issued the same day in the same manner in which the product was paid. Check refunds can only be sent to the original billing address.
