Our products do not need to be refrigerated, but if you prefer to take it when it chilled you can store it in the fridge without that impacting the product. Returns must be made in writing directly to sales@nutralifewellness.com within 3 business days of delivery date. Invoice number and reason/s for return must be included. No returns are acceptable without Nutralife Wellness prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned deemed ‘suitable,’ the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any goods returned deemed “unsuitable,” the customer will be responsible for full payment.
